What is the minimum age recommended for Kids and Family workouts?

Since each parent or guardian is ultimately responsible for the safety of their child, parents should view the program before their child begins, assess their child’s fitness abilities, and decide for themselves whether their child should undertake an extreme and physically demanding program. In addition, parents should first consult with their child’s medical provider and instruct their child to read and follow all the safety instructions before beginning. Insanity, P90x, T25 et all: They are cardio/conditioning programs with some light resistance - how is anyone getting buffed with this? Are all the pictures deceptive?

Really curious about this - is it all lies? Any smoke and mirrors? I've usually thought they a lot of the suppose before-after pics neglect to mention that these guys were ALSO doing strength training.

Can anyone shed some light on these programs and advertising?
