Is it possible to play my games on 2 PS4s?...

I have been in a Googling spiral on this, still not sure and having not much luck.

So I have one PS4, one PS+ account on my downstairs TV. I want to buy another PS4 to play upstairs, same account, same PS+, same everything. I will only have one unit on at once.

Now how do I do this? I don't want to create a separate PS+ account. I know you can only activate one PS4 per account, but does that mean I cannot play on the second PS4 or haver access to my games?
