This is another extraordinarily popular one - I reckon if you prompted someone born in the 80s 'despite all my rage', chances are they'd respond correctly. But although catchy, the technical merits are huge - again, obviously the drumming (0:50 for the chorus, insane, and the snares following the lyrics, 3:55 for a fantastic roll). The guitar during the chorus is great, but the breakdown after the second chorus has this incredible distortion that eventually resolves into 'tell me I'm the chosen one'. Then the arpeggios form a beautiful interlude leading to the real centrepiece - that scream that shows you Billy really means it.
